It includes pages to help you set goals, track your progress, and reflect on your journey.

2. A Productive Notion: Life OS

“Better Creating” has produce an ultimate planner template for Notion named “A Productive Notion: Life OS.” This is a great template to use for individuals that want help with their productivity, goal setting, and daily, weekly, monthly planning. It is basically for those who want to optimize their life and get more done by using a tried and tested system. The template comes with pages for setting goals, actioning tasks, weekly and monthly review, and more. I really like the visualization aspect of progress being made that is difficult to get a concept of with day today life.

3. Nomad OS

This is a thoroughly packed Planner Template for Notion (and to be frank, a whole lot more too). Created by “Notionium,” it is designed with digital nomads in mind. It includes an array of templates to help you plan and track different aspects of your life as a digital nomad. Some key features include:

I really like the prompts feature on this template, which helps you to get unstuck if you are feeling overwhelmed by what you need to do. Other features include:

5. Ultimate Brain

For those looking for a planner come productivity system, this is a super comprehensive template created by “Notionium” and based on the PARA system (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archives). A template by Easlo that is based on the David Allen productivity method, this one includes a range of different features to help you get more done. It incorporated that methodology and translated it into Notion with some really well made templates. If you are looking for a comprehensive guide to Getting Things Done, then this is the template for you. If you haven’t checked out the book, I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking into general planning with Notion.

Create Your Own Notion Planner

I think you should get inspiration from the above but, ultimately, create something that works for you. Notion is so flexible that you can use it in any way you want, so don’t feel like you need to stick to a certain template or way of doing things. One thing I would recommend is to start with a simple page and then build on it from there. For example, create a daily dashboard and then add pages as you need them.
