Walter Shillington Massage therapy would help. This treatment involves hands-on techniques that increase circulation, relieve tension, reduces stress, and promote relaxation. Sadly, massage therapy can be expensive and is often unavailable in these times of social distancing. One option I’ve examined is the purchase of a handheld massage gun. These devices offer many of the advantages of massage therapy and the convenience of being available whenever needed. While I’ve seen long lists describing these devices’ benefits, in the final analysis, they perform two primary functions. A massage gun loosens and increases blood flow to muscle tissue. This tends to ease pain, relax muscles, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. When contemplating the purchase of a device of this type, several factors should be considered. The noise level is an important one. If your gun rattles like a jackhammer, your muscles will tense up, expecting the worst. The shape, size, and weight of this device also merit a close look. It must be lightweight and easy to handle. Most message guns can be set to several different speeds and are bundled within kits equipped with a variety of heads. The more options available, the more likely you will find a setting and head that works well for you. Today I am examining the Mebak 3.

The Manufacturer

Mebak is trademarked by Ma, Hejiang.

Operation

Once the Mebak 3 is turned on, its control panel illuminates and indicates the massage gun’s charge level. One tap of the panel’s fingerprint icon turns on the motor. Each time the icon is pressed, its speed will increase. If tapped again, when the motor is running at its maximum level, the gun will stop. An LED display, also located on the control panels, notes how much pressure is being applied. This device generates a percussive massage, beating the attached head against muscles in a hammer-like manner. This softens stiff muscles and soothes the tissue around them, relieving muscle stiffness, promoting blood flow, and producing a relaxing effect on the treated area.

Safety Precautions

Use the Mebak 3 only on the body’s soft tissue. Do not massage your head, neck, or any hard or bony areas. Bruising can occur regardless of the control setting or the pressure applied. Check treated areas frequently and immediately stop at the first sign of pain or discomfort.

Massage Heads

The Mebak 3 includes a set of seven head attachments of varying sizes and shapes. These are designed to suit different needs and to target specific areas of the body. While I am still experimenting, I’ve found that setting the gun at its highest speed with the round head inserted relieves my back pain.

Battery

This device is equipped with a removable 2600mAh lithium that doubles as the gun’s handle. Replacement batteries are available at a reasonable price. Walter Shillington Walter Shillington Operational time ranges between two and three hours. This is long enough to perform a massage several times before this device must be recharged. The AC adapter connects to a charging port located at the butt of the massage gun’s handle.

Maintenance

A massage head is installed by shoving its stem into the gun’s nozzle. Over time the gasket which holds the head in place will wear out. Happily, Mebak has supplied nine replacement gaskets with this kit.

Overall Impression

Mebak has worked hard to cover every base with this model. It is moderately priced, lightweight, portable, and reasonably quiet. This message gun can be set to five different speeds and comes with seven heads of varying size and shape. The Mebak 3 massage gun is recommended.
